I have owned insurance with Frank (retired) and now his son, Jim Provinzino for 33 years. I have found both to be affable, approachable and very helpful. Jim goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients. Highly recommended.

I switched Insurance companies just over a year ago from Allstate. It has been the best decision for my family. JIM treats makes everything easy. He puts my family first. If you need someone to look over your family insurance he is your guy.

I needed flood insurance right away as FEMA decided my building on Lake Michigan was now in a flood zone. I was referred to Jim’s office and he took care of it right away and kept me posted throughout the ordeal. We did however get a little chuckle that FEMA is insisting on flood insurance suddenly when the lake has been at the same level for two years and I live on the 7th floor! I would highly recommend Jim’s agency. Top notch. Jenny Marcucci

I was shopping for Insurance to see if I was comparable to my current Condo and Car policy. I spoke with Olivia Favia from Farmers Insurance who called me on my home phone which now only people who call me on it are Sales, Spam and Robo Calls. I happened to be home during the pandemic so I answered. Not only was she polite, but went through the process to get a quote and was honest that she could not help which I admired. She also went through the process in such a friendly manner. I welcome her call back in a few months to review to see if they can do better! So refreshing to have a person who is watching out for me (the consumer) and I'd definitely change even if it was definitely a little more. Sadly I have been disappointed in my current insurance response (Liberty Mutual) to a claim that took over 2 weeks to get a response. But so far Liberty Mutual is "cheaper" and it shows in their claim process.

I used Olivia Favia for renters insurance. She was extremely professional and provided excellent, trustworthy customer service throughout the entire process. I will be using her and her Farmers Insurance agency again in the future. I confidently recommend her for your insurance needs.

I went in for a quote and Olivia was very welcoming. The owner was very cordial. Ended up getting my home and auto covered with great rates! Great customer service!

Jim is a great guy with amazing customer service. I have all my business, commercial property, home and auto insurance with him including some retirement funds. I periodically shop around but I've never left him. In fact, I started my relationship with him after my previous company had me underinsured and I only found out once I had a claim. That was 1999. I switched to Jim and here we are 18 years later.
