I recently went to this body shop to get my front grill of my car fixed. it was supposed to be a simple job. Instead, they tried to give me a quote of $900-$1,000 to replace my whole front end just for a simple fix that required a few screws to put my new grill in. Maybe they thought they could pull a fast one on me, but I eventually found another mechanic that got the job done for $80! I wouldn't recommend this body shop unless you have insurance covering the cost. If you're paying out of pocket like I was, go somewhere else.

Had our Toyota Highlander brought in for grille replacement Absolutely everything was deserving of a 5 Star rating. Mike replaced grille to original look. Jerry kept me captivated with stories of his upbringing in Chicago area which was very welcoming as I'm a new illinois resident and appreciated the stories. East Street is a family business and I was treated just as a customer should be treated. With honesty and respect, something which they show. I hope not to use them again because it will be of some misfortune. But if it does happen, then we will return. Thanks Jerry and Mike.

This guys did a damage while trying to fix one problem! When they removed the part for painting- you can see they did a hole ? using their tools ? ⚠️ ⚠️ Please inspect your car ? before and after you take it from the shop! Otherwise it is your fault you didn’t reported right he way!

Easy Street Auto Body is the absolutely best body shop that I have ever worked with. They were very throughout and information! I knew exactly what was going on at all times and received my vehicle when they said I would, and wow! You cannot even tell I was in an accident! The owner was so kind and helpful (funny too), and the other gentleman I worked with were just as great! They took really good care of my vehicle and I will definitely be using them if I ever never body work done on my truck again! A+ service Easy Street! Much appreciated!

Went to have a rear bumper replaced. After I picked up the car and was able to inspect it, I noted the bumper was wavy / defective and there was what appeared to be bondo in the seam between the bumper and the car. Unacceptable work.

After I picked up the car and was able to inspect it, I noted the bumper was wavy / defective and there was what appeared to be bondo in the seam between the bumper and the car. Unacceptable work. I had thought they bondo'd the bumper instead of replacing it. Went in to resolve the issue and after a lot of yelling and screaming with one of their employees, the owner explained this was an after-market part that came with the wavy appearance, the guys who put in on my car were in a hurry (because we were pressed for time by the insurance company) and did not notice it, It was joint compound in the seam and not bondo. He agreed to replace it as a resolution. My vehicle should have never left their shop that way, but they get an 'A' for the solid resolution. Pictures..
