It's a warehouse environment with a variety of home, building and household items at discounted prices. It's loosely organized and what you see is what you get. You need to take time to see what is there. All employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful.

This is a good place to shop cheaply, you buy a lot and spend little. The worst thing is the bad information that the map gives me, it never gives me the exact place, it leaves me three to four houses apart.

I used to love this place. I was a frequent shopper, but in the last 6 or so months the prices have drastically increased. A lot of the items are just as expensive as buying new in original store. Very disappointing as I loved supporting the cause.

I called to make sure the store was open on 12-23 and online said it was open. I drove 45 min to get there. It was closed.

Very disappointed in the demeanor and lack of professionalism by the person supposedly accepting donations (by the loading dock). It’s fine that she did not choose to take materials from our recently renovated kitchen, but the way she interacted with the public is inexcusable. I know that this is not how Habitat for Humanity wants to be represented. The volunteers/liaisons inside the store were very helpful.

Great place, many quality items available for purchase, all while helping Habitat. This location was recently revamped for a better traffic flow. Please stop by!!!

I was passing by this store and read more about it and i was happy to see reduce reuse and recycle for better cause.I went to this place first time to check out the store. According to google. Store is open from Tuesday to Saturday but to my disappointment, store was closed on Tuesday afternoon around12:30ish. No other notes were displayed.

This place is really hit or miss. Get it then if you love it. My son and I got 2 chairs for his apt and with the sale, only paid $17 for both. I'll keep going back. Great furniture selection. Also got a kitchen table from there for $40. Real wood, nice quality

The workers here are so crabby I think they must hate their jobs. Every time I come here I have to put up with their mulishness. The people at Fox Valley are much nicer. Go there if you can.

Racist......the white lady in dock tells my husband no one can help him lift anything, we're Hispanic by the way. White lady pulls up, with moving truck picking up couches... Guess whose helping her, same white lady at dock.......don't bother explaining, ignorance can't be fixed.

I'm not a customer...I tried to be a donator. I had Kohler faucets (5 years old with matching hangers for towels etc.), Moen kitchen sink faucets (highest end, 10 years old), and two ceramic light fixtures in perfect condition. Also had 4 boxes of tiles, unused. I'm not going to go into detail...but the staff there made this a 4 day adventure for me that was a bit frustrating - I decided not to donate. Put the items on my front parkway and a needy family drove by within 2 days and took it. I feel better not supporting the crappy salaried folks (I appreciate volunteers - but they are not all volunteers - the ones that make things hard are the salaried folks) and giving directly to a family that appreciated the items.

I never believed there was so much cool stuff at such cheap prices. Lots of new unopened things & gently used items too.
