i arrived at this store location at 8:50 pm & the doors were locked with employees still inside. I called and nobody picked up. Website says open till 9pm. Not 8:50. Do better.

I went to purchase an items from dollar tree in Naperville, and since I live in Addison, I decide to go here at Addison location for Few items that I need to exchange the employees was very nice but the manager he was with a really bad attitude. He told me he can return my items and I asked him why because I’m not trying to return it just exchange.He told me it was a store policy and I say what is this policy because I only see on the receipt that you cannot return but you can exchange the itemsHe said the store policy is I had to go same store where I Purchased the items and I ask him if he can just please exchange and he tell me that I don’t have to tell him what to do. He didn’t want to give me his name and he has a very bad attitude.The manager they used to be there before it was really niceAnd I know it because employees look like very happyBut this guy he has a very big problem with his attitude he’s not happy, and what his doing

I use to shop frequently here because of the distance I’ve stopped because they never have the things I need the shelves are empty because they allow the laundromat next door and neighboring stores to buy everything and sell it at a higher price..ridiculous

I wasn't able to complete my transaction today because this manager Kathleen just up and fire this other employee Jessica in the middle of my transaction. I'm not going lie this employee Jessica was basically doing EVERYTHING in the store while Kathleen was just watching her work, I notice that she wasn't doing nothing besides stocking selves so I went to her to ask her for assistance and she just try to tell me go ask someone else because she was busy. Totally unprofessional for a manager.

If I could give 0 zero I would horrible went check and buy some Christmas stuff and they asked me to leave my backpack in front but I said no i have personal stuff don’t trust it enough somebody won’t steal it if ur busy checking people out u wont stop and keep a eye on my bag .. then hade some one follow me till I checked out and asked to see in my bag to make sure I didn’t steal anything when there was older ladies there with bags and they didn’t tell them to leave there bag in the front. The cashier and manager or whomever was following me where soo rude and store always a mess not going back to this dollar tree..
