Nick was pleasant to work with helped us get a new iPhone 15. Very cool easy going guy. If you need a new phone he’s the one to help you out. P.S if you hear the garbage can ring it’s cause he ate Mexican food.

Alicia is very knowledgeable. She was patient with us and very helpful.We had an issue with our SIM card and the phone needed to be fixed. She explained the process to set up a warranty claim. We sent the phone back via FedEx and received the replacement phone within 2 business days. Thanks
