“I just love this boutique in the Western Suburbs. The women working there are always warm, friendly and have great suggestions. I always find great fashion pieces and accessories for myself. This is my go-to stop for gifts for girlfriends' birthdays, hostess gifts, housewarming gifts, as well as tween birthday gifts and little holiday surprises year-round for my kids. The range of selections is amazing and the price points are very fair!Kate, the owner, is wonderful. Beyond her amazing sense of fashion, style and business, she is friendly, approachable and has a huge heart. “Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.”

We were welcomed by one person who paused from her duties to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. And I found a great sweater that suited me, and it was very comfy. “Tiny shop but you will find lots of stuff for hiking enthusiast. I did end up purchasing something from them. I believe prices were bit higher especially for a company that i haven't heard before (comparing to Columbia and so on). Hope the quality will stand”

“Came here to exchange a gift from a friend. I like that they have a lot of natural fiber clothes since at some other stores like target I can only find 2 items out of the entire store that are 100% natural fiber! Not sure what happened but my friend said they packed the wrong size of ruffle butt when they got the outfit. I went to exchange but they no longer had the size we needed. Still, the store associate was very helpful and helped us pick out another outfit that fit the same vibe.”

“This Gap re-laid out their store again, which made it seem like there were less men's clothes available, and had the women's sections very spread out. Adult athletic wear was on a whole other floor. The dressing room was chaotic, however despite that - the attendants were very helpful with retrieving other sizes. I will say Gap had exactly what I was out shopping for today.”
“Love the store, and the layout & merch has gotten better than years past. But the music is ridiculously too loud. Like Club level. My friend and I couldn’t even talk. We left. And I intended to purchase. Don’t run away business because your clerk is not considering customers. Management, step in and set a comfortable level as background music. Not bass slamming your eardrums. Good music doesn’t have to be extremely loud.”

“My experience with my sale associate Terri in the mattress department, was phenomenal. Ms. Terri took the time to explain the beds, sales, and myself trying them out. She made sure that the queen bed order, came free with foundation/ box spring, check the order thoroughly, had to cancel once , due to not having a box spring coming with the order. Ms. Terri got customers service on line to make sure order is good and completed, and I even spoke with them regarding their terms. Ms Terri is amazing.

“My 5 year old got her ears pierced with Brie. She was very nice, took her time with placement of the marks, didn't rush us, even though other customers had to wait and had to find my daughter a sticker because it was her birthday! Great experience for my daughter's 1st piercing, she says it didn't hurt. Highly recommend”

“Orie and Alma was phenomenal!!!! I went in with my very picky teenage daughter for her 8th grade graduation, if she found a shirt, she needed perfectly matching shoes etc. I was frustrated being in there for a couple of hours but orie and alma made it happen!! They went into the back to search for matching shoes and shirts, they went next door to the outlet to search etc. in the end my baby walked out extremely happy! Thank you orie and alma for going above and beyond to make my babies day special?”
