The Mariano's Fuel Rewards NEVER work at the pumps at this station. I have no trouble at any other BP location in the nearby Wood Dale, Itasca, or Bensenville area. However the pumps here never process the discount. I spoke to an attendant about it months ago and he played it off like he had no idea what I'm talking about. I went again tonight figuring it had been months and whatever problem that I may have faced prior would have been resolved.Nope - it's still not working. It's a shame that they have the Mariano's literature posted all over the pumps, but the feature does not work. I wonder based on the other reviews I see about this location if it is something purposely done by the owners.Will never go to this station again.

My Husband came to this BP to get snacks and all of them are expired. One of the expiration dates go as far back as 2009. This has to be some kind of health violation. This will definitely be getting reported.

Very unprofessional service, bought electronic cigarette there opened on the gas’s station it was not working and they refused to exchange it, very unprofessional

Employees refused to wear mask while walking around the store and behind the counter. When asked to please cover their mouth and nose with the mask, they both responded "don't worry, we don't need to cover." Proceeds to tap the glass shield, "Don't worry the glass is bullet-proof" and laughed. I asked again for them to use the mask properly for the safety of others inside the gas station (gas post wasn't responding and had to step inside) and they both refused to do so "don't worry about us". Very unprofessional and unsanitary!!

Today I stopped at the gas station 2 W Lake St. To get some gas in my car. And however we asked if we could stand inside the store until my roadside services come due to medical condition (Sickle Cell disease) and the store clerks Azim and mostly RAJ told me no we had to leave and if we did I couldn’t stay for no longer then 5mins which however I work For a BP gas station and this is not a way to treat your customers at all especially in a time of service it’s very hot outside and my roadside won’t be here until 5:30pm. They’re very very very rude and I see Why this location ratings is extremely low !! At BP Employee this is not a way you should treat paying customers !!

Many thanks to the owner. My husband accidentally locked himself out of his car and the nice clerk let him stay warm inside for hours, he was very nice and did not give us a hard time having the car blocked the gas pump this whole time. Will absolutely try to pump gas here more often.

I purchased $8.00 worth of lottery tickets on Friday August 30th.with a $20.00 bill and left without receiving my change. I realized this Saturday morning, so I went back and was told to return after 9:00am because that guy would be back. So at 10:00am the guy told me his manager would have to check the security camera and that would have to wait until Monday September 2nd. after 3:00pm. Really?! I'm very frustrated!

Nothing special, simple BP gas station the inside is clean and the location is close to my house, but like every BP gas it is 20 cents per gallon higher then everyone else. If you take advantage of their BP credit cars you can save a couple of cents per gallon.
