“For several months I've been ignoring what I thought was bad alternator issue. I've been stranded several times with a dead battery and during my rescue from Triple A. They said it was the alternator. However, after bringing it to AAC auto clinic we discovered that my Car specifically has an issue with a cable from the battery to the car for that model year. “Safe lite Autoglass of Addison, IL did an outstanding job replacing our windshield when we visiting our daughter over the holidays. We took the car in the afternoon before our appointment and explained we were planning to return home the next day with a 5 hour drive to get home. We asked if we could get moved up on the schedule to earlier in the day on Friday. Susan the scheduler said she would try. Our car was started first thing in the morning and was done by 9 am. We got on the road and were home by 6 pm. We had insurance to help pay for the repairs and the cost was reasonable.”
