Bought a 2013 SL550 back in July, 2024. I negotiated with Steve by phone and text, sight unseen as I live in Seattle. I found him honest and easy to deal with. I flew to Chicago and following an inspection and a test drive, I completed the transaction and drove the car back to Seattle. Everything went as expected and I'm very happy with my car and my purchasing experience. I also met the owner who was on the premises and found him pleasant to deal with also.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the sales staff was incredibly pushy and seemed more interested in making a quick sale than actually helping me find the right car. They constantly pressured me to look at vehicles way out of my price range and wouldn't take no for an answer.
The car I was interested in was advertised at a certain price, but when it came time to discuss the deal, there were all sorts of hidden fees and charges that jacked up the price significantly. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. When I asked for a breakdown of these fees, the salesperson got defensive and dismissive.
To make matters worse, the financing process was a nightmare. The finance manager was rude and condescending, and I felt like I was being scammed with high interest rates and unnecessary add-ons that I didn't want or need. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, they continued to push these extras.
The final straw was when I took the car for a test drive and noticed several issues that the dealership had clearly not disclosed. When I pointed these out, the salesperson tried to downplay them and insisted that they weren't a big deal. It was obvious they were just trying to unload a problematic vehicle.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend [Dealership Name] to anyone. The entire experience was stressful, deceitful, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

6/23 - Bought a car for a daughter here. Peter was excellent to work with and he gave us a great deal. A year later, the car is running great and the only preventive maintenance has been necessary. We are so greatful for honest business people like this.

Horrible Horrible experience with an uneducated rude owner. I drove over 1hr to view a vehicle. I was looking at vehicle and said what do I think. I replied kindly well I think price is a little high base on the conditions in person. It needed body work that is well over $3,000 + easily . So as a consumer you go to view and make an offer and negotiate. Well whe I asked to test drive, I got a RUDE RUDE reply. No well I don't think so. Excuse me, was my reply. Ignorance runs in their veins & blood stream. I don't care how many cars or how much money u have. You Don't disrespect your customers and you should have customers service make the potential customers feel good NOT disrespect them. I explained this thought as I was walking out. The guy apologized in a rude way. Please don't give any business to someone that does not know how to treat their potential customers. Trash of a dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are shysters. We purchased a used Hummer from Peter, the owner. As soon as my husband drove off of the lot, the car overheated. My husband took the vehicle back & told Peter he didn't want the vehicle. It's probably not a good sign when the vehicle overheats right after driving it off the lot. Peter promised he would make it right. Peter took the Hummer to HIS mechanic who replaced the thermostat & sent us on our merry way. The owner of the mechanic's shop that this dealership deals with told my husband that the car was in good shape, as well. Days into driving the vehicle, "after it was repaired by his mechanic", the vehicle is overheating again. Peter again promises he'll make it right. He tells me I can bring it to my mechanic & he will pay for the repairs. I bring it to my mechanic & my mechanic states he can't even address the overheating issue, because the entire frame underneath is rotted away. It's degraded so much that my mechanic will not work on the vehicle. I send this info to Peter, who does not respond, because he's out of town for a week. When he returns, supposedly, he basically says there's nothing he can do. That's not how used car buying goes.
Responding to the owner's comment, which I KNEW was coming. How could he not? The invoice from our mechanic is the fee to locate where the coolant leak was coming from & to refill the system. He wouldn't go any farther, because of the degrade of the frame. My husband ABSOLUTELY wanted to return this vehicle right off the bat, because he KNEW it was a dud after it overheated immediately after driving off of the lot. The vehicle was purchased on 4/8; however, we contacted you within a week of taking the vehicle home & explained our issue. You once again said you'd make it right. I explained to you, which you were ok with, that our mechanic couldn't look at it for a couple of weeks. When this was completed, you were out of town, supposedly. So, if you're going to talk timelines, let's speak the truth. Lessons learned from buying from this place. I hope this review helps others in making the right decision when thinking about buying a car from these shysters.

Worse dealership ever sold me a car with a cracked frame couldn’t tell until it was time for the dealership to due a oil change that’s when I was notified the damage the car has they should’ve known before selling the car it’s unsafe to drive

Was very satisfied with Sebastian. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely go back for another vehicle , I drove 4 hours and 50 minutes to get it. Well worth the trip.?
