I came here to have my transmission serviced. And Steve was a wonderful man to deal with. He was very detailed as to the types of services he offered at different price levels that in my book was affordable. Well I dropped off the car and 3 hours later it was completed .what a wonderful experience and a wonderful person

I have had 4 transmissions rebuilt by Steve here and every time the work held up strong and was done in reasonable time period. I have recommended several happy customers to this business. Steve will not fix if not broken. Some shops charge for things that are not needing replacement to make more money. Steve does not do this, he tells after examining vehicle what is needed and discusses with you BEFORE he does job. A ++ !!

Above and beyond service. Almost 11 months into the warranty. Had an issue because we let the car sit. Steve fixed a non transmission issue for free! Then adjusted the transmission. Steve is solid. Highly recommend.

Steve is a great guy had my transmission rebuilt by him and he went out of his way to fix a lot more. Other mechanics told me my Magnum didn't have any problems o would just give up on working on it. Steve didn't give up on fixing it. He would give me daily updates and would suggest on fixing other stuff. I would recommend Steve to anyone

Steve is a great and honest guy. Was in a pinch and he helped me out and had me driving again within a day. Granted, it was not a transmission issue, but I could tell just talking with him he takes great pride in what he does and stands by his work. Had an issue with my whole car vibrating when accelerating around 20mph (2011 Mercedes E350 with 100k miles). Another shop said they thought it was a transmission or transfer case issue, so a few weeks ago I brought my car to Steve on a Friday morning. Within a minute of meeting him, he hopped in the passenger seat and we took it for a test drive. Unfortunately we couldn’t replicate the problem. He asked me if I’ve ever changed the transmission fluid because that’s the first thing he suspected - I said “yes” because I was sure that I did. He hooked up a car scanner to see if there were any codes being shown… nothing relevant to my vibration problem. He then put the car on a lift and checked out many things to see if he could pinpoint the vibration (transmission, transfer case, u-joints, flex discs, center support bearing, drive shaft, etc.)… didn’t find anything out of sorts. And he walked me through everything he was doing and seeing. Steve recommended changing the transmission fluid once again since this would be the cheapest thing to try, versus changing out any transmission parts. Steve didn’t charge me anything because he said he didn’t repair anything!!!When I got home I double checked if a transmission fluid change had ever been done on this car, and it HAD NOT. I got the transmission fluid changed two weeks ago. Vibration problem is gone!!!Amazing honest service from Steve. Great to see someone who takes so much pride in his work. His first instinct was spot on. Thanks Steve for a top notch experience at your shop. If anyone I know has any transmission issues, I will certainly send them your way.
