Judy rushed me in and rushed me out. Did not focus on the area of concern. Direction was not clear. Said scan was taken on the entire body (?? when I need only the pelvic area). I didn't feel confident or trust the results for their scan.

I went for a mammogram on Monday. I was very nervous and anxious as this would be my first time. Lisa was my tech and she was just wonderful. She was gentle, explained everything to me, and put me at my ease. I felt no pain, only pressure and very mild discomfort during the second position. Nothing to worry about and the experience was made all the better by the professionals at this location. Thank you again!

Im having the craziest week of all For starters I usually get great care here. Today I came in because of chest pains that felt like a squeezing of my heart & electrical pulses. Upon entering a Fort Knox the Receptionist seemed annoyed when asking for my ID I handed my ID and Insurance card goes in the back comes back and tells me it's going to be an hour and hands me back my ID and Insurance card. I expressed I'll wait what's the worst that can happen If I Fall out on the floor, She gave me the unpleasant look and took my ID and insurance card back. For the record there are 4 cars in the parking lot including mine and no one else there. Which made me feel they did not want to take care of me. Within less than 10 min they had me back on an EKG The doctor was super nice, caring and answered all my questions and cleared me to go to ER for further testing having me call for my son to drive me to Alexian Brothers Emergency room In Elk Grove village. Thankfully after ER visit I am alive to finish this review. Thank God Thank you for reading my review

We walked in without an appointment. Receptionist was good to set expectations that it was a 45 min wait. We waited in the car but was called in within 30 minutes. Nurse Heidi actually brought out a wheel chair to help my father in law. She was thorough in her assessment and doctor Patel was great as well. Overall a great experience.

I waited 45 mins just for check in. This was for a blood test. I then waited an hour to be called for the blood work. Crazy. The dr visit patients were moving faster than the lab. Need to staff more techs .

I needed a TB test for work and was told I didn't need an appointment. Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon and had about a 15 minute wait. I was told to come back on Saturday after a specific time. I did, and at that time the nurse informed me I needed to return the following Thursday. I asked if I needed an appointment. She said I did not. I said, "so I can just come back on Thursday?" She said yes. I stopped by today at 12:15 and waited 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, the reception said, "well you can't get it done until after 2:45 today". Would have been nice if the nurse had specified a time on Thursday, now I need to make another trip, which is 40 minutes round trip. Not cool.

The staff and doctors are amazing but the receptionist is horrible. She has glasses and sits to the left of the desk. When I came with my mother, my mother struggling with her English she kept on giving her attitude. When we sat down she started speaking Spanish so we noticed that she could have helped my mom but refused to. Very beautiful clinic but terrible receptionist.

Brought my mom here on a Saturday and even though there wasn't many people in the waiting room, which I thought was a good sign, we still waited over 3+ hours. It would have been easier and faster to just take her to the ER at Alexian Brothers or to a Dupage Medical Immediate Care,, both would have been faster options. ll never come back here.... this place is ridiculous

Omg if Josie isn't working the front desk forget about coming here. AMITA better give her a big raise ! What the heck it's Saturday and one person at the front desk and only one drawing blood. It's Saturday people!!
