Disappointing. My father-in-law used these guys for years. Unfortunantely, he passed, and we were forced to pick up his taxes this year. Accu-Tax helped with some initial questions on what we needed to bundle together; however, they would not provide even to the executor of the estate with any information on previous years taxes we needed to eFile. Yes, my father-in-law should have filed this information away, however he did not have the capacity to do as such. No help and had an attitude about it. I felt the $300 they would have charged this year was more important to them then the life of my father -in-law.
