I talked with Ryan on the phone regarding an issue I was having with my F150 and he offered up a simple solution to what could have been a costly repair. “I have mobility issues and walk with an aid. This morning I stopped to get gas and pay at the pump wasn’t working. I went inside, think I’d need to prepay. The gentleman working told me I could pump and then pay. As I started to head back out to pump my gas he told me I could sit at the nearby table and he would go pump my gas for me! It’s small gestures such as this that mean the world to me. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he made my day! Thank you so much!!”
