I’ve lived in Wilder my whole life and have had plenty of wonderful experiences here. Today was the best yet! Christine (the cook) is always sweet and goes above and beyond every single time, not just here and there EVERYTIME! That consistency of great customer service is rare and should not go unnoticed! Following her was Shelly at the cash register, absolutely charming. She made me feel welcomed like I was family and it was my first time meeting her since I normally don’t go to the gas station in the morning. These women need praised please.

Called in for a 12 piece chicken, and then promptly showed up and brought it home. Opened the box to find that 6 of the 12 pieces of chicken were legs. Really guys?

Totally Sucked especially the chicken place inside the store, chicken sandwich I found a bone and the chicken was tough, cold and the bun was soggy! The Cajun chicken tenders not as bad as the chicken sandwich but the sauce was nasty and the honey butter biscuit was tiny and like a rock!

A store manager, Juliet Martell doesn't know how to do simple tasks. I wanted to buy a 50.00 gift card with two 25.00 gift cards to get the .10 cent rewards. She said you couldn't do it and proceeded to laugh in my face. I asked her why she was laughing and while laughing she said "I am not laughing". I encouraged her to check the cameras because she is laughing. Anyway long story short, after telling me over and over it wouldn't work. It did! Jokes on you. Something so elementary you should know. She also said "I have worked here for 6 years and I know it won't work" then it did! Lol so I mean very elementary stuff here. Anyone would know that it would work.. I only got an attitude with her after she starting laughing in my face and lied and said she wasn't laughing. In a big city people do not put up with that kind of disrespect. So sad when you have to find that out someday. Little small towns, the people have I.Q. of kindergarteners, I have been told this by numerous people who didn't grow up in that town. Lol And it's very true, but again that is why you have worked at a gas station for 6 years I guess. Just saying. Stop laughing at customers and actually help them because jokes on you and it worked. I also called cooperate. You gave me a card with your number on it Wilders store number. Lol I called cooperate instead lol. Gave them your store, name and everything that happened. Grow up. Learn your job. Said when someone knows how to do your job better than you and you laugh at them only to find out I was right and it did work. Lol hilarious
