Account paid in full and unit is locked… they don’t answer the phone to explain the problem… will lock you out if your a day late but takes them a week to unlock after it’s paid. Horrible service!

Great people! Easy to get in and out of for storage while building our shop. Unfortunately there was mouse p*** inside the unit when we moved out a month ago and when we reported the findings were met with empathy and thanked for feedback and said will remedy for future renters. Received a refund for the prorated rent and if need storage will rent again and recommend to anyone in the Wendell area!

If you want ready access to your unit and are paid current, do not rent these units! They like to lock you out and forget about it.
