STAY AWAY !! Awful experience & customer service!! My Mom left items there that she paid for, called the store right away & they said they would put it behind the counter for her. When we got there they was no one at registers, I had to find someone, he was rude, then they said the items weren’t there & that my Mom didn’t leave anything behind! We called later & asked for a manager, he was rude and called my Mom a liar and then hung up on us . They treated us this way over $10! They will now lose thousands due to bad reviews and the posts I hv placed on my social media, as I am a top 10% reviewer & digital creator they will regret this treatment of a sweet honest nearly 80 yr old ! Pass this on, post it, share, as I am and write your own review !

Grouchy ladies, the only ones that treat better are the men working there, and the hispanic girl with long black hair, been going for years and most of the time their employees are taking a smoking break. And only one cashier and a long line, the old lady just ignores, it sucks trying to avoid going when its their shift, so i try to go in the evening when i need something from there, My kids and I call it the, "smoking family dollar!"

This is hard.. sometimes when I go in this store its great.. I get greeted and checked out with a smile- great service... other times it's awful! There is two employees in there... I know the name of one of them ugh she's just awful! She is a miserable old lady! The other one if on her phone all the time and answers her personal cellphone during check out! And sits and chats with whoever's is on the phone. So frustrating.
