Finding a veterinary clinic that is not good, but so excellent that one feels they can send their pets, whom they love as family, and who cannot tell anyone verbally, if they have a problem, is a really big concern.I will remember I'm going to a vet in San Francisco that was so expensive, and horrible... The things they can do... Like ordering useless tests, making a wrong diagnosis, and all the while your pet can only look at you. So when I give this vet a five-star review and I would give a better review if I could, it means much more than getting a good burger and reviewing the experience.The front staff are on the ball, the vets are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. They have taken wonderful care of my two dogs and gained our trust. I wholly recommend them, the prices are reasonable, they are approachable, and extremely knowledgeable.

Too traumatic let's just say I have never been to a vet where you wait and it seems like an inconvience to talk to you for more than 3 minutes, this isn't the first time,a few years ago I called for a vet to come on a downed horse was told if I couldn't get it on a trailer then too bad it was too damn cold to come out, granted it was January, but it was a 1000lb horse no way I was getting him on a trailer once down. It's like they decide if you can afford the bill or not, if they decide you can't then just go the easy cheaper route or refuse service. News flash don't every judge a book by its cover, I paid in full the 2 grand it cost for the Emergency vet from Idaho Equine center to come out on that Horse that night, and could have paid whatever it would have taken on my pet if given options.

I've been going to the vet for quite a few years now and I love seeing my dog so happy to go to the vet. I love how thorough they are and they will tell you they're honest opinions and they don't force things on you that you don't need to spend extra money. It's always a pleasure to get help from my fur baby!!

Needed to get diabetic dog food, they were out of it but were very helpful and suggested other places I might be able to get it.
