Absolutely outstanding facility, rivals many gyms I've been to and I've been posted overseas 11 years. Coming home and finding Small Town Fitness was such a relief.1. Top of the line equipment - Standard Barbell and Plates, Hammer Strength machines and a proper powerlifting bench. I walked through in awe. The owner did right by the community and I'm deeply appreciative of how much consideration and thoughtfulness was put into the equipment. This equipment is not cheap. It's a testament to him, his character and how much he cares about the community.2. Gym Layout - Rarely do I see a gym properly laid out. Usually equipment is jammed in and wantonly thrown about "wherever it fits". Not the case here. Every piece of equipment is placed with seemingly painstaking detail as to where it works best without creating a feeling of claustrophobia. This place has everything you need to get big, strong and fast or just in shape: irrespective of your goal there is a feeling of not being crowded out by something in your way. The space seems small from the outside, but they did a magnificent job of packing in the right equipment and giving you room to put in work. It's way bigger inside than I imagined and I regret that I didn't go here before.3. Cleanliness - I could comfortably eat a pizza on the floor after my workout. No joke, it was immaculately kept. The bathroom was spotless.4. Price - after being robbed, in my opinion ($60 for 2 weeks? Really?) for years by another chain in fruitland and payette, I will never in my life go anywhere else when I get home leave or R&R. I had a brief visit and instead of using my relative "not local" status against me, I was treated with complete respect and charged a pittance.I'm ecstatic that Small Town Fitness exists. It's perfect for anyone that is interested in getting in shape - powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, general fitness. Whatever your goals, this place accommodates all.I'm grateful to the owner and the gentleman that signed me in. This place is outstanding. Thank you.
