The people that work here are absolutely rude. I will never step foot in the door again they are so disrespectful to their customers and have no good customer service get your mail sent at the driggs post office. Those ladies that work in there are outstanding. They truly deserve a no star review.

The folks who work here are so nice. Yes, they are understaffed and overworked. Yes, the labeling requirements for packages is bizarre. Yes, the postal service here in a rural place takes some getting used to if you are coming from a more urban area. BUT, the individuals who work here have always been so helpful and pleasant that I now kind of enjoy the quirks of the victor post office.

They are alright , seem to always struggle to stay fully staffed. Nice people not being given the things they need to succeed by the federal government.......

I’d give zero stars if I could. You can never get through on the phone because they have it off the hook so there is always a busy signal. Drove 10 miles to see if I could pick up a package that has a medical brace I needed for my daughter today that was delivered and still at their building for the lady to basically tell me to F off and it will be delivered when it’s delivered and did not even stop what she was doing, or any other employee to see if they had it. They send letters and packages back to sender all the time because they are “undeliverable” for no apparent reason. Poor service, poor management, the worst post office I’ve ever very had the misfortune of dealing with. If possible do not ship USPS and definitely use the Driggs USPS over Victor. They are not reliable and they do not care. Filed complaint with USPS office. Maybe Victor office should pay attention to how Driggs runs things!
