Do not stay here if you have other choices. Agree with the other reviews made recently. The price is high but it’s not staffed at night. Found a huge bug on the wall and tried to ask for help, no one answers the message.

Update: They gave us a partial reimbursement. I will NEVER stay there again.
Came in late with little children. Thankfully we had sleeping bags for them because the sheets were NOT changed since the last guest!!!! Disgusting. I think it is dog hair (I hope). Called the manager right away, and neither manager nor assistant manager answered. And there is No One at the desk at 9pm. So where is this carefulness for the covid they advertised??? Don’t stay here if you are concerned or at high risk, because they are not careful in the least. If we get reimbursed for this stay, I will update the post. I am hopeful they will make this right...
They eventually gave us a half night refund. Far less than we deserved, but considering we had to call them everyday for about 2 weeks straight before they relented to a half night refund, I think that's good enough. Needless to say, we will never stay there again.

I would not stay there again. There's no one in the office. They don't answer phone calls. They'll only text. They have the place automated. They just send you a code for the room door. Only as a very last resort!

We booked this hotel because it was about an hour from Grand Tetons. But didn’t know that they had no staff on the property when we arrived. We arrived at 9:45pm but booked the room at 6:00pm They text you a code to get into your room but never said that the office closes. There was no mention that no one would in the office upon check in. I noticed we only had two pillows so I texted the number I was given if you needed anything and I asked for two more pillows and was told they could not accommodate my request at this time. I paid $277.00 to stay for one night and could not have extra pillows wow! Not good service. Don’t stay here. No one to help if there is a problem with your room.

Quiet, private, secure and easy check in. This is a great place to stay. The drive to yellowstone and Jacksonhole is beautiful. Laundry and in tiny town.

Rooms: Spent two nights. There was no maid service. We were unable to get in touch with anyone on site for extra towels.

Teton Valley Motel was great to work with and provided nice, clean rooms for Richardson Concrete employees. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wet towels removed from the dryer too soon and left there hoping they'd dry in time? We were not able to shower as wanted. A previous guest's clothing and underwear in the drawers. Otherwise, the room was very nice as well as clean. It seems like they are just learning the business and don't have everything together yet, but I expect they'll figure it out.Nearby activities: We were on our way to Grand Teton and found this a better value than Jackson Hole.

So there was no one maning the office, place was deserted. I called immediately thinking I paid for a room for nothing. They answered and mentioned a text was sent with room # and door code. Easy enough. Room was clean, smelled fresh, beds on the slight soft side good for side sleeper me. Wifi was fast. Room coffee was worthless. Parking was free and secure.

Decent motel for the price.. Was my first time at a 100% automated hotel.. No staff or front desk.. Everything is done digitally. Room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable..

Booked this property through expedia, but when I arrived at 4:50 pm and called the number on the door, I was told they had canceled my reservation. They said, "Didn't you get the text or email I sent?" Apparantly they couldn't clean a room. I did not get a text, an email, or even a phone call. I had to cancel the reservation with expedia. I ended up having to drive another hour at dusk to find accomodations. Really dissappointed with this place.
