About Balance Studios
Balance Studios is a fully equipped Pilates studio in Wilson, WY. Each of our very experienced instructors is classically trained, and has extensive experience in working with spinal and joint problems, as well as diseases that limit mobility. Each of our instructors has a minimum of 18+ years teaching experience. We welcome all ages and abilities to our studio- from the novice with limited mobility, to skiers and high performance athletes. We love Pilates, and we want you to love your experience at our studio.
