The flexibility they have built into their process to allow the homeowners to pack and prep as much as they want saving money when and where possible, it was simply a great experience that might not be for everyone, however it really made a difference to us. “I use this as my business address. No longer have packages taken from my porch! A big win! The people are friendly and very helpful. As I receive a lot of packages they do have to keep busy just with my work. Their hours are usually business hours (9-6 and reduced hours on Saturdays) and it's easy to make it there to receive my mail. They also offer shipping services if I have a package to mail. I highly recommend them as a mail and package delivery source.”

“I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... “I see the same people every time I go in-person to mail something and they are calm, friendly, and competent. They often take a few extra seconds to help me make sure I'm getting the best rate on whatever I'm sending. Of course if I go near the holidays or during a busy time of day there are long lines, but that's easy enough to plan for or avoid.And the mail lady who delivers to our mailbox is lovely! Even on long days she smiles and says hi when I'm outside doing yard work or walking. We've had no issues with mail delivery either.Like most essential jobs they seem to be understaffed pretty much constantly, but every interaction I've had so far has been positive.”

“Best kept postal secret in Eastern Idaho. Much faster than going into other post offices in larger areas. There is never a line. It's not too far off highway 20. The employee that works there is super helpful and friendly. She can do it all without the long lines.”
