“My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn’t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I’m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!”

“Very delayed in posting. These guys are amazing. My sunroof was smashed and I couldn’t find anyone that would do it for under 5000$ because all other shops refused to do it without new parts and also kept including parts that weren’t needed for the fix. I called around and got a used sunroof delivered to them which they installed quickly and professionally. While I wouldn’t recommend purchasing your own parts outside of a shop, I really didn’t have a choice as the damage was causing other issues with my Land Rover and I was on an extreme budget. I’m so happy to have it fixed and am very appreciative of these guys for caring about their customers. And to the young man that showed up on Labor Day while I was stranded there after forgetting it was Labor Day and was 2 hours from home. You’re amazing.”

They could have charged us $1000 to "repair" the damage, but instead they took the time to buff it out right then and showed us that it was just paint transfer from the object that hit it. “I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. “Spending hard earned money on things like a chipped-turned-into-giant-crack windshield down right blows and frankly, at my age, I think I'd rather get stuck upside down on a ferris-wheel at a low budget fair with a shady ride operator than forking over a few hundred bucks because I thought I was doing a good thing by choosing a higher deductible with my car insurance agent. Well, at least I faithfully get a birthday card from a guy I've never met who claims to have my family in his good hands but I digress. If I'm being honest, the folks at Safelite were so professional and kind, I could've sprung for new windshields for everyone in the joint. Place was clean, not that it matters much when we're talking about a garage, but I like a well maintained restroom if I'm required to sit and wait. Well, I didn't sit and wait but my kids usually have to experience every toilet they pass for some reason and they remarked that it was clean just like we keep ours at home. The only negative was my kids weren't strong enough to open the door to exit the restroom and are still in therapy successfully dealing with the few seconds of trauma they experienced. Did I mention it was clean though? I recommend a professional doorman to open the door for all people, strong or weak, who can dispense breath mints and spritz cologne. You know, you can tell a lot about a place by how they keep the most personal room in the building! I've digressed again- sorry, it's a gift. We immediately felt welcome and in order to save my appointment, they had to find a windshield somewhere else since there was a shipping snafu. Rather than inconvenience me they absorbed the problem and gave me an upgraded product. Imagine that! Old school, good business, likeable experience, professional people, who also referred a pretty good Chinese restaurant nearby, which maybe I'll write a review after I spend a little quality time in my own glorious restroom.”
