They were honest - said my current tires were "ok", but I let them know they were slipping and sliding in the slush. Riley, Kenny, and Earl hooked me up with new tires (I was traveling to Montana from out of state) and in an hour I was on my way home with my new treads (that did NOT slip and slide on the slush!). Scheduling my appointment same day too put tires on I then Called in again On my way in and spoke to conrad letting him know I would be a few minutes late He made it painless and said we will see you when you get here. Upon arrival I parked in the wrong spot as well as Approached wrong door, I Then was greeted by kenny He told me don't worry about parking Helped me check in and Get the ball rollin 5 * customer service thanks again guys-Coop
