We have had White Cloud for 5+ years. And the first year was great. We only experienced outages when it rained or heavy snow. We were OK with that! But over the years, the outages have become more and more frequent, to the point that it is every day. They only ever post outages when it is going to last more than one day. Whenever I call, they blame it on MY router. If it really is MY router, than how come everyone I know who has White Cloud also has no internet at the same time? It is affecting work. And income. They don't give back money for their lack of service that is promised or for lossed wages. This company has become a joke. I am looking for a new provider.

I like the straight forward pricing, no surprise fees or charges. However they seem to have oversold their service and the quality has gone downhill. Service is unreliable and speeds are usually around 5 to 8 Mb/s download, I pay for a 20 Mb/s service. My cell phone gets 10x that on Verizon data network. I would love better ISP but my options are very limited. I'm happy to have internet but I wish I had a company with more to offer.

I'm quite frustrated with this company. For the first couple months we had absolutely no issues. Everything was Great! But in the last year, we have lost connection for at least a couple days at a time per month. My husband and I are trying to run a business while I'm attending school, we rely on having internet to make our living. Most of the time we were told "they're working on it" but have no results for days. I understand that some things are out of their control, but this is a rather frequent occurrence

Have had white cloud for a few months now and currently looking for another provider, we have lost service for multiple days at a time several times in the last month or so. I have to pay for 2 seperate internet packages to play any kind of game on it because the internet is so slow and unreliable. Fastest I've ever gotten is 1mbs not the 25 they promised.

A few years ago I started searching other options for internet as ours we had at the time did not have the signal needed as we were to far out from the city. When I had reached out to this company they let me know they had not yet put service in our area. The sales guy asked if we would be interested in putting a tower up and we would get free internet. We ended up saying yes. They dru their feet after we signed the contract. I called six months later and ended up having to sign a new contract as the last sales guy left. We got that one signed. It took a few months but thry finally broke ground. They took forever getting it done. My dog and granddaughter about fell in their huge hole they dug and didn't fence off. Then took another year to put up a fence around it which is a safety hazard. They have been running off of our electricity when they were supposed to have their own. Occasionally they will send a check which doesn't cover their portion. Our internet has went down and we go days without it as well as others in the area. They left rock laying and weeds grew over it. I tried to mow them down and ended up flinging a rock that broke m6 back window of my vehicle out. They did nothing about that. They are still ignoring me and not doing anything. When I finally do get ahold of them they tell me that they will call back but rarely do. They have been horrible to work with. I am trying to figure out how to get them to get out of here. Our area has been without internet again for 3 days and not sure when it will be fixed.

Fantastic service and customer service. I used to have CenturyLink and I could never get ahold of customer support. With White Cloud as soon as I call I’m talking with a real human based in Twin Falls.My service is extremely reliable and I always get the speeds I pay for. The technician who installed my internet was professional, kind, and quick. Thank you White Cloud.

Horrible internet it's always down and nobody answers their phone you have to leave a message and wait two days. Definitely going to be getting a new provider that isn't this flaky when it's having issues. Suggestion maybe take care of your customers and you wouldn't have horrible reviews

It is fine when it works. Their service is frequently out. They have a solar panel, and a gas generator at the tower they provided for us. So when the generator is out of gas, we all lose service.(There were no plans for improvement when I last called them.)We pay for a lot of service the customers in our area never receive. It is a holiday weekend. They left for the vacation with no service in our area, and no on-call support. Currently searching for another company that reliably services rural areas.

Great customer service. The tech's were great explained everything. They were very quick about getting our service hooked up. So much nicer and faster service then CenturyLink. Where we were only able to get 3 megabytes maximum. We now get 10 megabytes from white cloud for the same price as we were paying for 3 from CenturyLink.

My internet was just set up this week and it’s already having issues! I bought my own router per their requirements. Absolutely nothing is loading on our TVs or phones. Extremely disappointed with their service!

Beware, this ISP will throttle your connection often. Usually I just ask them to reset it every few weeks and it fixes it. But I can clearly see our speeds being capped at around 200kbps.

Excellent customer service. Any time we’ve had an issue, Tim has been incredible to work with. Highly recommend white cloud for your internet needs!
