Great local music store. Excellent variety of guitars and accessories and they have a great "acoustic room". Braden spent quite a bit of time with me and made me a good deal on just the instrument I was looking for.

Percussion section completely bare of all wear and tear items. Customer service was week and a little hostile towards questions and pre adults.... so they can sell you an instrument and have little to maintain it or up grade it.

The employees here are some of the best! Just had some work done on my Taylor Guitar. Brayden’s work is excellent! I’m blown away by their quick turnaround and thankful to have such an incredible music shop in town!

I walked in asking for a piano that would also help me learn how to play. The salesperson took me right to the pianos that would do what I wanted, showed me how the app that goes with the piano works, how the piano has cascading lights that help one know which key to hit next as well as having the music showing on the app screen to help with learning to read music, and I got to play with it, along with a backing orchestra track!It was a lot of fun, and I am more excited about learning to play than I have ever been before.And, as soon as I move furniture around to make room, they will deliver it for me!Thank you, Welch Music!

I took my 1967 Gibson heritage in to have some new pickups installed. Spoke with Brayden, He was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. I explained to him the meaning of this guitar to me. Inherited from my father and shared my concerns of the work that I wanted done.I am 65 Brayden very young I was a tiny bit apprehensive but chose for him to do the work.. I am elated with the quality of work, his knowledge and attention to detail.He found a few things expected and often overlooked by many luthiers on a guitar this age. Made the repairs above and beyond my Expectations. His help in my choice of pickups was spot on what I wanted. Thank You Brayden!! Hats off to Mark as well Always treats me fair. A very happy customer!!!!

Had a great experience buying our son a guitar. Staff was able to answer my and my husband’s questions (he plays music, I don’t) and we got a great deal! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an instrument or supplies!

I went in for a guitar repair a while ago and they let me trade a not so perfect guitar but good condition guitar for the repair. Went back a while later and sold the same guitar they repaired and an orange amp for my idea of a very fair and respectful price. Trust me you can rely on they're work and prices
