Tried to make an appointment to start our dress journey and she wouldn't even make us an appointment unless we had tried on dresses already and new what style we wanted. Guess we will be going elsewhere.

Just have to rant about this so called wedding shop!!! ? unprofessional staff! It’s says a lot about the business when the owner herself is helping you & she lies straight to your face about the dress you are getting, such as the price! Long story short I got my dress but with the circumstances like who knows how many people tried that dress on before me or even rented it before I tried it on ? ?????? no AC in the store either, so being sweaty and in a dress that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long! Disappointing and will never shop there or recommend to anyone!Also when picking up my dress,Vicky says “I’m sorry you misunderstood the situation” ummm no I made an appointment with you and told you I wanted to buy a dress not rent it.I think you should take that advice and retire after 45 plus years being in this business, you’re not good at it, at least not anymore, and you call yourself a seamstress! Do I even dare show the photo of the alteration job you did on the dress for me I have to have a re-altered with the wedding being 7 days away!Not to mention dry cleaning that’s an additional $80. Never again

Owner should be ashamed of herself. Making a bride and bridesmaid cry with hateful comments about weight and telling them she wouldn't even bother with measurements. Nobody is to big to be a bridesmaid. And not all bodies are shaped the same so don't assume something about someone based on how thier body is shaped. Not professional at all.

The owner knows her stuff and was very helpful, I had lots of dresses to try on and found one I loved! My only complaint is there was no air conditioning and trying on dresses made it even hotter!!

Our experience here was really disappointing. We had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. On first impression, we were shocked at the state of the store. It smelled strongly of mildew, had bubbling in the tile ceiling, and the pink carpet was in poor shape. When we arrived, the woman that greeted us mentioned that she was also "fitting in" another girl at the same time as us. Also, shortly after we arrived, another group walked in as well. We didn't quite know what kind of dress we were looking for, so intended on trying different styles to see what would work best for the bride. (I realize that is difficult for bridal shops, but I'm sure happens fairly often.) The woman that greeted us kept making snide comments during our fitting like "three generations of women here and no one knows what they want" and "would you like to just do my job?" Mind you, there were only two generations (she must of confused the bride's sister for the bride's mother). We tried on some dresses that were picked out for us but realized they weren't quite what we were looking for (satin and heavy). The bridal party started looking through the racks to find something that would work for the bride, but unfortunately, the majority of the store's stock was very dated (80s-90s - big sleeves, heavy pearl beading, etc). Some of the dresses also had armpit staining or stains actually on the gown - it doesn't seem these dresses are cleaned between brides. We also completely lost the woman that was supposed to help the bride with the fitting. Instead, she was helping the walk in group. After about an hour of trying on dresses, we left underwhelmed and empty handed. We ended up as a walk-in group at LaNeige. Their staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We found the perfect dress there and got it for a great price! Highly recommend going there instead of this place!

Was told she’d be able to alter my dress. Went in today with 12 days left til the wedding and she stated she was unable to that she had jury duty and she’s to busy to do it. I only needed a bit taken in. 12 days til my wedding!
