Been utilizing Watts for years for my repair business and also trucking company. I also own a hotsy. I just can’t wrap my head around in the last year or two how this place has went down so much. If I ask for chemicals for the hotsy I am replied with we don’t have it and have no idea when it will be back in stock. Comes down to utilizing an account on file Josh says no way Jose and puts it on a cash ticket for their own profit. Ask about purchasing a new hotsy and no one has no clue how much they cost. Call in to the secretary to talk to parts or service and they are never available. She takes my info and I never receive a call back(multiple times for different reasons). They have a lot to offer for parts but so does other hydraulic shops in the area(Magic Valley Hydraulics). I would give 0 stars for customer service and 4 stars for parts availability for an average of 2 stars
