The people working here are angry at life. I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and when i finally said something, i got a curt response. Switched to Fred Meyer.

Say 30 minutes for fill.. come back 2 hours later and say ANOTHER 30 minutes. Mind you this got sent as soon as they opened and it's 3 pm now and it's STILL NOT DONE.

Greg the tech is great, kind and very understanding. Lead pharmacist is very unprofessional, rude, and speaks to her employees very disrespectful in front of customers. Lead pharmacist told me to look for my own medication, would not tell me where to look, after 20 + minutes of searching for the medication a tech came over to let me know this medication was in fact not over the counter that I needed a script and to ask if they had it behind the counter. Once asking if they carried the medication the lead pharmacist continued to tell me that she doesn’t have that medication even though the tech Greg already checked the system, and counted the pills. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to fill any medication due to the lead pharmacist. Horrible customer service, horrible leadership skills. Tech Greg told a customer to use better rx for better pricing and lead pharmacist humiliated him in front of customers and other staff. It was overall an embarrassing experience.

I'm not happy with Walgreens right now. On my last visit, I went in to pick up my levothyroxine prescription. They told me I just picked it up last month which was not true. Last month they gave me two bottles of my lithium instead of just the one. So I had to pay out of pocket for 11 pills of thyroxine. They said my insurance wouldn't cover it right now. It was a stupid hassle.

I typically receive good service here and the employees are very helpful for the most part. I do Doordash so when the employees at a store are willing to help you find things and have a good attitude about it, it makes the experience a whole lot better. Sometimes I get an employee who is not all that helpful but most of them are good.

I have been sitting in the pharmacy drive through for 50 min, started with four cars ahead of me, and now I'm next in line. And yes you might say "go inside you lazy woman" but alas the wait inside is no better. I'm sure they are super busy doing sciency mixing of tinctures and Salves... oh wait they aren't because they are just filling scrips and charging insane amounts of money. Why! Why does it take this long to hand people pills!? I wish I was exaggerating. I wish I meant 15 min and not 50 but I'm not. Someone make it make sense!

They had what I needed. The staff were helpful. I was able to get in and out very quickly. Even the line for the pharmacy window was non-existent. Since I'm immunocompromised, I always worry about being in public - especially when masks are not worn. No one hassled me about wearing a mask. The staff had masks. And my shopping trip was quick and efficient.

Worst pharmacy i have ever used i have always used i have always used Walgreens moved here to twin falls but i don't recommend Walgreens in blue lakes in twin takes forever and don't have scripts ready and staff is very rude. Also they charge people for medicines that are covered by insurance.

I switched to this pharmacy after years with Kmart when they closed. Good for the drive-up. In store staff is nice.However, It's very corporatized as a whole entity. Recently they reduced hours, closed Sundays, Tried their prescription by mail, a horrible experience. Communication non-existent, zero follow up, very hard to reach. Apparently they have "unusually high call volume" every second of every day 365 days a year. When you do get someone, they're rude, and don't seem to know a thing beyond the screen. I gave that up.
