Minerva is who you need to seek out here! We had a huge issue with our phones that when calling Verizon toll free # or using their chat which we always got disconnected.
It took 2 hours for Minerva, but she was awesome and corrected our issue and got us back and running.
I would definitely ask for her although I'm sure everyone else is great as well.

The care and help I received here after being so screwed over by the location on Blue Lakes was amazing. Jade, sat down with me and helped me try to salvage what was lost from the store on Blue Lakes wiping all my information on my phone; they lost ALL of my precious photos that I thought I may never recover of my one year old son. Jade listened to my story and had more empathy and kindness for my situation than the people who made the mistake. She sat with me and waited for me to try and recover some of my lost photos and walked me through how I can possibly get them back. I'm unsure if they are all back, it's a process, but some are recovered and the kindness she showed me helped me through this situation. She also offered kindness, support, and help when I told her about how rough the past few days have been for us.

These people are glorified car salesmen all about the monthly payment and entraping you in the monthly bill. However if you need help changing your plan no body in the store has the power to help you do that you must call the verizon number and wait on hold for hours then to get transferd to someone that doesn't even speak good English. I then went back into the store to ask who can help and they told me to call the hotline again. These guys will not help you past selling you a phone. Any problems call thier 1800 number and figure it out on your own.

I was with this company for 30 years with one problem after another. At one point they dinged my credit and admitted that it was 100% their fault after selling me the wrong tracker for my truck. They refunded the contract for the tracker but somehow kept billing me and dinged my credit. I spent at least three full days trying to fix it with them on the phone and in their store. Several times they said that they would take care of it and never did. In the end they said we are sorry, it is our fault but we can’t figure out with corporate how to take it off your credit. I put in the request to have it removed from an online credit company but Verizon would not respond. I lost count of how many times they over charged or changed my contract without me knowing. Too many unbelievable issues to mention.I switched to AT&T and saved about 30% and got better phone deals.Never again! Run from this company

When there is a line of people to be helped, 3 or 4 of the employees stand around talking while the rest are working. It doesn't take 2 to 3 people to check in customers. They won't admit when they make a mistake nor do anything to correct it without making you pay for it.

Don’t like to post reviews but my experience wasn’t good there either.since my cousin went and have issues , and my contract with Verizon will end soon I will find the place my cousin went . Thanks for the reviews.
