This post office really gave me the impression they could care less what happened to my missing package. Twice I submitted paperwork to have the package delivery address updated (I had the wrong zip code) and twice they didn’t call me or honor the corrected zip code. Instead they returned to the international sender.
When I finally was able to speak with a person over the phone, after calling and being hung up on numerous times on different days they told me it was too late to do anything and they’d returned to sender even though they KNEW the correct zip code had a case number, email, and phone number.
It’s such a disappointment that this seemingly simple fix was too difficult for the post office to handle. The package I fought to keep is gone now and won’t make it back to the U.S. for weeks or months and not without me paying shipping fees again. Big thumbs down ?

The postman keeps putting the wrong packages and the wrong mail in the wrong boxes at our apartment complex, so some mail gets lost or stolen. When you try to call, no one will pick up the phone. It has been like this for a few years, and nothing has been done about it.

I’ve been calling them for days and have never reached the office by phone. I’ve been assigned the wrong post box and haven’t been able to get my mail in weeks because of this. They created a temporary solution, but now even that has failed. I’d be a lot happier if communication was open, but the call back number, left for me by the manager, has never once been answered. Oh, and even when you let it ring for 5 minutes, there’s no answering machine.

Don't use as they have employees that like to open packages and steal items from packages as well as birthday cards. Switch to other carriers or but digital gift cards. Not surprised considering the post office mindset and ideologies believed.

If I could give him zero stars I would. I payed money for the certified mail only for them to lose it and never contact me. A company that only specializes in delivering mail has always failed to deliver mail. If I could find a way to never use them I would. Called customer service was the biggest waste of time lady had an attitude and was not helpful. For me, they lose mail more than they deliver.

They have started leaving packages on the street, they NEVER answer their phone. Pretty sure our mail person has been stealing packages.

Worst place as government postal office …been there today Oct 16 2023 …back and forth 6 times regarding about my package n mails (got keys for new box ) but they all are wrong n employees at postal office are also wrong as supervisor mention about it on 6th visit.he told me…he will call me for new keys n I should get my packages n mail but no answer ….what the ……waste of my time n so on …still no response….hopefully some one will take care this issues.

They lost my package and an employee there will not tell me what she did with it. Says it’s delivered towards my home and nope nothing. They also will not pick up any phone calls whatsoever.

Waited for my package when they said it would be delivered by 7:15. Finally checked my informed delivery and it said package available for pick up ap 5:45. WHY? Why wasn't it delivered. I had to hunt to even find where I might pick it up. I don't believe they even tried to deliver it.
