The automated system does not let me speak to a customer service representative due to it being an Amazon package, even though UPS was the delivery service. Amazon can’t do anything about my complaint because my address was correct and the delivery driver delivered it to a business with a total different address than what was on the box. I live in Jackpot so it’s not some 5 minute drive I can make to the Customer Service location. I’m tired of this ONE driver being too lazy to find the ONE apartment building on that address to deliver our package. Everyone else seems to know where to deliver as none of the other drivers have a problem delivering to us. Whoever delivered on Tuesday of 8/6/24 needs to DO BETTER! The address on the box clearly did NOT match the address of the location you left it at.

The UPS app said the package was supposed to come today! But after I went to the warehouse. It wasn't even at the warehouse. The app said s extremely inaccurate!

Two and a half years and still can't get my address right. FedEx and another service got it right from day one.

Alec Perkins is the best driver, he is considered, kind and extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond for his customers on his route and we don't want to lose him as our UPS route driver. Never had an issue till you had a new guy or different person deliver, he gave my packages to my neighbor I filed a claim, cause I wasn't about to go knock on people's doors that ain't safe anymore, but now I have no clue where my packages are or when I will get them I work hard for my money where are my packages UPS!!!!
