I messed up my windows reinstall, and they were able to successfully wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows for me, which made me very happy because I thought the price of $99 dollars was reasonable.
However, when I got home and couldn't hook it up to the internet I realized they had neglected to reinstall ANY of the drivers for my laptop. Luckily they were still open and helped me with a driver for the WAN so I could get the updates for systems and drivers I needed.
I feel.this is a step they should have done since it took me another 3 hours to get it all done and that was very tiresome. But hey, my laptop is working well again, soooo......

DO NOT come to this place . They give you the run around about extra things you need to fix in order to get simple problems fixed. They quoted me $190 to get a battery fixed on a iPhone 14 and stated the part itself was $130. GO TO PHONE FIXATION WHERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NORMAL PRICE OF $110 EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TELLING THE REPRESENTATIVE AFTER I SPOKE TO THE CORPORATE UBREAKIFIX in Meridian. This place is a SCAM. Customer service and prices SUCK. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company as well because they should use a better company for phone repairs. Staff is rude , disrespectful, and argumentative .
