They were super polite and friendly when you could imagine end of day and ready to go home some would be grumpy they were staying to work. But they worked quickly and did a great job. “My family and I were traveling through Idaho and our car started knocking really bad. Luckily we made it to Twin Falls, because the wheel was about to come off. We had gone to several (3) mechanics already, all were very busy since it was in evening.

These guys were able to get it looked at right away and figure out the problem and come up with a plan to replace the wheel and rotor, etc. It was bad!

Because it was already late, and they were closing soon, and the locations to ask around for a replacement wheel that fit my van were also closed & we had to wait til the morning to hear any updates.

(We figured out a place to stay the night) Stressful, but not their fault. I'm just glad they could look at it and not just say "sorry too busy". Talk about anxiety to find a place to fix it on a trip and have to drive from location to location.

They understood and helped out.

They called about noon the next day! Faster than expected. Which was great! And we were able to pick it up and head back home (7 hours to go).

Was 5 stars but had to stop in Nampa, 2 hours away, to check why the wheel was smoking, some one forgot to grease the calipers on brakes. So kind of had to replace the rotors and pads on both sides again. Yikes. Also replace a thread for wheel...
Though I appreciate their swift help, some things were missed that should've been caught. Even the ABS cord wasn't plugged in...”

While Driving from the Mexican Border to the Canadian Border in our 40 ft Motorhome pulling a GMC Denali Truck as our "dingy", we inadvertently locked the steering wheel of the truck (while getting out) and wore the tread almost completely off the two front tires!
We called the closest Les Schwab Tire Center in Twin Falls, ID, and Chris, the Manager said, "We'll take care of you...come on in!" I informed him we wouldn't get there until closing time on a Friday at 6:00 pm and he didn't waiver a bit. He said not to worry.
Jared, the Assistant Manager got us two new tires, balanced and installed...and checked all of the other tires! We were "good-to-go" in less than a half an hour. 45 minutes later we were back on the road and made it to our RV Park Reservation before dark!
If we hadn't stopped, we were all pretty sure the two front tires would have blown out and that would have been catastrophic while being pulled down the road at 70 mph.
