My husband purchased this car for me yesterday! We just moved here from Utah. Kenzie greeted us with kindness and was ably to answer our questions. We loved the car and then was introduced Amber who helped us with the in-house financing. Both were awesome ? to help. This is our first Subaru so hopefully we will fall in love with it and be back in a couple years!

If you want a Subaru and live in the area this is the place! I drove my last Subaru I purchased from them 245k. Very little trouble! It was time for an upgrade for me and I didn't even question getting another. Now giving the Forester the next runs for its money. And I am confident it will take me fun places!

Overpriced, if you want to pay full bore MSR shop here. It' no wonder they have such a large inventory. Other Subaru dealers in Idaho have very few/none Subarus that we were looking for, perhaps because they are willing to negotiate.

I had bought a 2022 Subaru Legacy XT, in January, with 4 miles on it. I have the Gold Plus warranty. We live in Nevada, Twin falls had my car for a week before I go to see my car for the first time and pick it up, the auto start was not put on, and cd player was not installed, nor the rain guards. We received a loaner for that incident and was able to go back to NV with the loaner. The car has 18,000 miles and the AC condenser went out on a. Road trip to Illinois. The Subaru in IL wouldn't have been able to get the part by the time we left. So we called Twin Falls Subaru to get an appointment, order the part and have a loaner set up for when we got into Twin Falls. Mind you it was 4 hours out of our way to come up here to drop off the car. When we arrived they told us they had no loaners (mind you we had called on Thursday, and it's Monday) and they were not allowed to let loaners travel across the state lines. The customer service was horrible, they refuse to accommodate for the mistakes their employees had made and for making us drive 4 hours out of the way with no way to get home. Overall very upset and wouldn't suggest Twin falls.

Okay. My review will adapt as our experience progresses. So far 5 out of 5. This is only the beginning. We have made a deposit for an in-transit, new, Forester. Alls going forward to take receipt of it early next month. We've had bad car buying experiences in the past and are optimistic to have the whole experience end positively. Reanna, our sales person, reached out after I inquired online. But what's better, we emailed 3 or 4 times to fine tune the experience before both of us meant business. To me that was awesome. Email before personal interaction. I know many businesses are just about the deal and want to rush in, but Twin Falls Subaru... at least Reanna and Hailey have a pleasance about them. As the deal moves forward I will update and as I mentioned, I fully plan on upgrading my 3 stars to 5. But that will be earned through fruition of this deal.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star. I found a couple of cars I wanted to look at. I called and made an appointment with a salesman. I showed up on time. He was nowhere to be found. Another employee tried calling him, no answer. I left my name and number again. Never got a call back. So..instead of buying a used car I found another dealership and bought a brand new car.

81,000 stars! Mason and the rest of the service crew as well as entire staff at Subaru Twin Falls were extraordinary! they accommodated me right away even though i had to drive nearly 3hrs to get to them. i would strongly recommend visiting them for your service or sale needs!

We went about 8 weeks ago to Twin Falls Subaru in search of another family car this time for my brother who was a first time car buyer. From other reviews I read Amber was the one to talk to. I can 100% agree that Amber was the best. She's able to assist you from start to finish and she's so knowledgeable, respectful and she truly listens to what you need as a consumer. We were searching for a 2022 Ascent 7 seater and we put our deposit on a 8 seater car that was going to show up at the end of June. We were a little bummed about the seating and because we were going on a family road trip and my brother wanted to use his new car but it was no big deal. We were happy to be able to get A car. We were set to leave on June 5th for our trip. On June 1st we got a call and they had another Subaru Ascent available for us because some one backed out of it and it was the same color and it was the 7 seater my brother originally wanted so we went there that evening and signed the papers and we were overjoyed. About a week after getting the car Amber called and checked up on us to see how everything was going. I was taken by surprise because the fact that she cares enough to call just warmed my heart it was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car. Subaru keep Amber around she is truly a great asset to your company.

Had to have the Subaru repaired while on an out of state trip. My service writer, Mason, is a very ice man. Friendly and helpful. The price of the somewhat serious repairs was very reasonable. These are good people with which to deal

Wish I could give zero stars, I found the perfect car for me on their website in 2/8, called them and spoke with Sabrina she said she would text me all the info, on 2/9 I told her I was ready to put the deposit down, no reply no answer, 2/10 no reply, no answer, 2/11 no one was available to help waited all day for a call Vado, 2/12 finally Sabrina responded and told me to fill out a credit app, I did so, a hard credit check was done, 2/13 didn't hear from anyone, 2/14 I called spoke to Taylor who promised me he would have a meeting with the GM and Sales manger, I have stage 4 breast cancer and my car was stolen and Taylor said they'd love to help me. 2/15 no contact, 2/16 they called to tell me the car I wanted was sold to someone else, I said but I asked to put a deposit down, I told Sabrina that, I requested to speak to the GM, they were to busy to get in the phone and workout call me back .... It's been 4 hours and no call. Now I'm without a car, a clue about what's going on and a ding in my credit for nothing. Do not go here
