We bought a new Subaru Forester from Twin Falls Subaru in Idaho. First of all I would like to thank Markel Page and David Vasquez. We were traveling and had to have our car towed, they knew we were upset and gave us a loaner car to get to a hotel. They treated us so nice, “Thank you Markel and David.” Secondly Meredith Perez was our sales person and all I can say is “What a wonderful and caring person, my wife and I absolutely loved her.” Also, I would like to thank Christian in finance, he made the whole process simple. We are in our 70’s and have bought many new cars and we have never experienced such wonderful service. Twin Falls Subaru should be a model for all dealerships. Thank you so much.

We loved our experience! Meredith was amazing showing us the vehicles we were interested in and also going above and beyond to try and find option we maybe hadn’t seen. Once we picked, Jayden was great at explaining all the additional details and answering our questions so we got the coverage we need. We left saying Moo Moo Subaru ??

My Cross Trek came in for oil change and tire rotation
It is running great! They also washed it and Christian took care of my butterflies. The entire process took less time than I expected

Update review! First I had an amazing experience here and told all my friends and family to go here and my Mom did and bought a brand new Subaru. Now the bad when I bought my vehicle I gave twin falls Subaru $995.00 for gap insurance but they never sent that money to the financial institution after fighting for about 3 months trying to figure out where that money went they finally discovered that they had lost it. I understand mistakes but the hold ordeal was 5 months. And then I get a phone call from them offering me an oil change for $75. Mind you I live in mountain home over 90 miles away so I get to Subaru and the service man tells me it'll be 45 minutes after about an hour waiting with my wife and daughter he comes back and tells me that they don't have regular oil only synthetic I said that's fine as long as it doesn't cost more than 75 and then he continues to tell me that they could never offer it for $75 after I already drove all the way up there and waited for over an hour. I told him to bring me back my pickup and that he lost my continued business and he said he understands and then on my way home he calls and tells me that he can offer it for $79 . But at this point I'm just done with the shadiness and failure to be up front from this business. I gave 2 stars instead of one only because I still really like my salesman.

We got in for an oil change same day, and the service was fast. We appreciate their prompt attention. We were told our battery failed the test. They offered to replace it for $450 (seemed steep) - it’s a new car so we went and had it tested twice elsewhere. Both tests came back just fine, no new battery needed. May be good to double check battery testing.

Twin Falls Subaru is the best! Everyone is super nice and helpful and they get you ready to roll as quickly as possible. They let my dog sit and wait with me and most stopped to love on her. Maria Garcia was amazing - on top of service but also just above and beyond kind.
