Only willing to show appliances "if your serious". I wanted to see the appliance fully function and I brought up my skepticism because of all the negative reviews but still wanted to see the appliance. He just left the chat and blocked me.He says 90 day "repair" warranty. "It's a repair warranty and it covers everything on the stove but does not cover any abuse"Make your own judgment on his professionalism, customer service, and warranty.

You have to schedule an appt before you can even look at anything, and then he decides if he wants to show up or not. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Bought refer from this rude owner,took it home , never worked from minute one lost food overnight, all he said is buyer beware. Never heard from him again.Slip shot outfit # just don't do it

Jim was very rude. I went to look at some of the furniture and asked if I could come back with my husband so he can see it too and he told me to not come back and that I had my chance. Also tried asking him questions about the a piece of furniture and he just walked out. Terrible customer service.

Worst customer service ever!!! Don’t waste your time to go there, super rude and disrespectful towards his customers. Using profanity towards customers and children. Tried starting a fist fight with one of his customers because we didn’t purchase an item! All appliances were trashy and not well taken care of, one of the fridges was full of some type of liquid. I do not recommend at all!! Worst person ever!!

I saw an Ad on Facebook and contacted Jim. He got back to me within 10 minutes. We went to go look at the book case/ china cabinet the next morning and purchased it. It looks beautiful in our home!Jim was very helpful andpleasant to deal with.Will do business with, again!

I was sold a broken washer and dryer. The hoses he gave me for the washer leaked all over my floor, so I had to buy replacements. I had to do laundry at a friends house for a week before I could even use it. Once I got that fixed, the washer started making a squeeling sound, I got it on video. The dryer he sold me had an outdated plug. I had to buy a new one to get it to work. It dried 3 loads and died. Contacted owner and he could care less. Told me it was my responsibility to get the machines to his warranty guy. Asked for a refund and he refused. I have disputed his charge on my credit card and reported him to several places, including the BBB. He has had MANY disputed claims, thats why he has you sign a receipt, he admited it to me. I have it in writting. Do NOT buy from him.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.I purchased a used dryer believing our old one didn't work. I took him our old dryer and picked up the used one I purchased. Two hours later when I stopped to get screws for the cord from him, because the one's I had didn't work, he said the dryer wasn't broken, it had to be our electrical. I then fixed the electrical and asked him if I could get my old dryer back, I planned to keep the one I bought because I felt that was the right thing to do, but I wanted my job dryer back. He refused to give me back the "free" dryer I had dropped off with him and the used dryer I had purchased from him did not end up working, even after the electrical fuse had been replaced and the power was working fine. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, MAN IS A CROOKED AND GREEDY PERSON.

Takes advantage of women when he makes them get a warranty then when the appliances stop working he tells them to he doesn't warranty the appliances an says you gotta take it hear an pay for it to get it fixed

We were warned not to buy from here two years ago when we first moved (looking for appliances) by one of the other shops on main. Years later we see a post on Facebook of a freezer for sale so we counter offered and the FB user "Jim" accepted. We went to the atm and got the address for pick up and we soon realized the pick up address was the Appliance store we had been warned about. I double checked the address and thought well maybe things have gotten better over the years so I looked on Yelp and YIKES!!! So we messaged "Jim" (apparently the stores owner). And was honest with him and told him we were not longer interested because of the bad reviews and didn't want to risk $300+ on his used appliance. He then continued to call us an "idiot". So, thanks to all the helpers for confirming our decision and saving us money, headaches, frustration and disappointment. Businesses that sell bad products and insult customers is not a business we want in any way shape or form!

Don't listen to all the negative reviews. I don't doubt they've gotten bad appliances, but you're buying used without a warranty and these aren't refurbished appliances. If you don't want to risk it then fork over your wallet for a brand new item. I got a perfectly good fridge and stove, tim even gave me a discount for buying them both at the same time. My fridge and stove look and work brand new. I'd definitely give it a shot if you're in the market.

I give him no stars, very unprofessional and disrespectful. Plus the coward pulls a knife on me and tells me to get the f*** out of his store. Also does it in front of my 4 year old boy and girlfriend. Lame a a** dude it no wonder he has no business.

My daughter just bought a washer and dryer combo .. not only does he not honor his 90 day warranty. He will block your number when you call with a problem. Has got to be the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. I will be pursuing this in court through small claims. As this seems to be an ongoing problem. If anyone would like to contact me. And also add there claim to mine, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please feel free to contact me. And I would love to help see this guy put out of business for his lies, and theft.
