Absolutely loved this store! They don't have Jim from Idaho falls! But these associates were wonderful!! And we're pet friendly! I thought maybe they were being just polite. Until another regular came in with their beautiful bull mastiff. This store was friendly, welcoming. I will always stop in. You have a great team twin falls Harley Davidson .

Good thing about this shop is they will work on your 2001 twin cam, most shops if your bike is over 20 years old they won't touch it.

Just left Snake Harley Davidson! The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Motorcycle clothes girls are GREAT. If I’m ever in Twin Falls again I’ll surely stop in!!

We were on our way home to California after leaving Milwaukee, 120th Anniversary party, when our bike broke down on the side of the highway. I was passing through Twin Falls and we wanted to go to the Harley shop. But it was running late and we call them that we probably wouldn't get there until 6 o'clock. They told me they close at 6 but I told him I only wanted to pick up a sweatshirt and it would only take me a minute. When I arrived the doors were locked it was 5:59. I could see them inside they would not answer the door I only passed through here every couple years but I will never stop there again. Very sad with this dealership.We where on May 30

Stopped in to grab some poker chips and t shirts while on a motorcycle trip from Canada after getting married by elvis in Vegas.Got a free how to pack t shirts like a pro from the motor clothes girl... that is a new trick that will be used from now on!Convenient location.Motorcycle friendly parking.

Wanted to charge 300$ for a tire swap when it cost my buddy 100$ different prices for different people I literally heard the mechanic tell him he was charging me extra because I didn’t buy the tires from them neither did my buddy I’m going to be in the market for a new Harley soon but if definitely won’t be from snake river

Bike needed a battery and we called ahead and found they had one. Service guys were great and they had the new battery installed and we were on our way in less than 45 min.
