Store is clean and well kept. Staff approached us twice asking if they could assist us in any way.Incredible selection, organic dark rye flour is hard to find, they have it in 25lb bags at a very competitive price, a home baker's dream.

Ash does a great job contacting me when I asked her about product being out and she is always updating me on stuff I need!The store is fine but my problem is with the warehouse only sending curtain product to other stores like Boise but not allowing special orders for some items like browning sauce!Ash has tried to order it for me multiple times but they do not send it. Is there a way to fix this issue?

New computer system and they are unable to look up receipts for past purchases. Looks like the new system is not customer service orientated. No need to spend my money there again.

The store is fine, However you need to FIX your online hours!! YOU ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 7:00 and it's extremely annoying when you drive all that way thinking its open & nope it is closed!
