Such great customer service! I went in to get a new shampoo/conditioner, and the girl who helped me was awesome, especially with my allergies! (I wish I remembered her name) I went in again a few days later for a new gel and Bryce was so great! All over so helpful and kind. Definitely didn't feel judged like another makeup/hair store that shall remain nameless.

Disgusting store I will not buy anything there again because my experience was that I bought a hair cutting machine and cut it for the first time and it was horrible. It cost me 80 dollars and depending on whether I could return it and after I went they did not want to give me the money and don't even change it for another product, don't buy there those products are already defective and they resell them

Not even worth one star. The lady with the pastel pink hair “helped” me today. I have two small children which I know she doesn’t have children and she was very rude about my children acting up in the store, which is completely normal and telling him what to do very rudely about it. And very rude to me. Worst customer service ever. I went in there yesterday and a different lady helped me. I walked in there pretty much knowing what I was going to do but let her take over which was a huge mistake She completely picked the product for Me in which I trusted her. When I went back the next day to get help from the lady with the pastel pink hair I let her know that I was unsatisfied, and how she completely picked my product for me and wanted my money back she just argued and defended it that it was my choice and my hair and that’s understandable however the lady literally acted like she knew what she was doing and picked it for me in that case you should be able to get your money back without an argument. I was able to do an exchange but not without the rudeness and defensiveness from the cashier. If I walk in there and know the policy and your going to abide by it why argue and treat a customer like dirt in the process? She was completely impolite and rude towards me and my children even though my “complaint” was handled pretty gracefully. There was absolutely no empathy or grace on their end. Absolutely horrible customer service

Not worthy of a star but in order to post I have to. Worst customer service experience ever! Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional workers at Sallys. I was shopping all day for new years with my kids and I never had a problem until I decided to walk into Sallys. I wish I have not. They made me feel uncomfortable the whole time because my kids were being kids. The worker there had no empathy to a mother at all. This could be any of you moms out there. Do not take your kids there, they will make you feel sorry for it. I do not recommend this place. Not worthy of your time or money, Humanity is at its lowest.

My elder sister and i were perusing the beard care products to decide what to purchase for our husbands. My sister had just popped the top off of a unsealed cardboard tube to see what the bottle looked like, when an employee quickly came up and snapped at her not to open the product. It was done in such a way that left my 36 year old sister feeling like 2 year old being scolded by her parent. Needless to say she walked out without buying what she came to buy. I continue to the checkout where the same employee,Bryce, was at the register and I asked to speak to a manager to discuss what just happened. She got smirky and said well "I am". I tried to tell her what was wrong with how she handled it, but instead she got a very condescending, arrogant, and started belittling the situation which in turn escalated the whole thing into a confrontation. I will never return to a Sally's beauty store, because of this!!!!

This place has poor customer service.The employees here are not friendly at all.I only go in there when I absolutely have to.They are no help at all.I would think they might try to promote some of what they sell however they do not they have no known knowledge about beauty.

I wouldn't post a star if it allowed me to leave a review. It was absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at any Sally's. I wish to never ever have to go to this store again. Unfortunately, the next sally's store is over 2 hours away. Otherwise, I wouldn't have spent a dime here. Don't waste your time.
