I have to be really careful in this store. Especially in the shoe section. No one likes to go with me because it is never an in and out situation. I never try anything on because i already know its been an hour and a half since i walked through the doors. Short story long....Ross is great! Half of it is you literally never know what you will find. It does get busy in there and there have been times it looked like a bomb went off but nonetheless...Ross is great!!!

Ross Twinfalls Idaho I recently had a not-so-great experience at your store and wanted to share my feedback. I encountered a long line and when I asked about it, and called they transferred me to the manager who was now at register agin , as she left and came back several times leaving only one cashier others that worked there on the floor, and as i watched she was talking to another lady just talking, she came back to her register the Manager Areceli was unhelpful and rude. She didn't know how to resolve the issue she walked away from her register multiple times. When I mentioned calling corporate, she responded rudely. I also asked for my receipt, but she stuffed bag without giving it to me. I believe there is a need for better customer service training. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that improvements can be made. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards." Horrible Management skills Arceli has RUDE .
