Went in to return clothes I bought a week ago because I didn’t like how they fit at home. I lost the receipt and they were able to look up my purchase by my phone number. They returned the items with no problems and were extremely kind and professional. Their clothings Items are so cute and comfortable. I found a couple of shirts that were a better fit, and left as one happy customer! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to shop. I still haven’t made it through the entire store, so many treasures to see!

The Real Deals store in Twin Falls is the best. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love shopping there because it's a nice environment and the store is always so clean. If your looking for yourself or needing a gift for someone, they have it all.

I wanted to visit this store and the 4th time I was able to visit. Either bad luck on my timing, they were always closed!When I did go in the store I was impressed with all the decorations, it was beautiful. A salesperson came up to me and looked me up and down, rolled her eyes. I felt that she had judged me by my clothes. I was wearing workout clothes I had just came from the gym. She asked me if I needed help and I said no...but before I could say no thank you, she had walked away. I was shocked by her behavior. I felt she had insulted me. It was hard to remain in that store. I will be doing my shopping ? elsewhere.

Worst Real Deals I've been to, unless your a fan a decorating in white, because that's all they have. Absolutely no variety in this location. It doesn't have the same feel the Boise and Nampa stores have, it's like your looking at the same display 10 times rather than 10 different displays. 60%+ appears to be clothing for malnourished women. And bummed they don't sell the paints and finishes the others have
