Cannot recommend this company enough!! We have been without a washer for over a month trying to work with a warranty with GE and after multiple failed appointments (not with this company), their tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem (while also fixing a problem with our dryer) and we finally have a fix coming!! Very quick, efficient, and called 15 minutes before to make sure we were home. Great communication. Seriously so good!

I had a brand new LG TV go bad after 45 days. LG contacted this service company to fix it I started my claim on 10/18/22 as of 11/15/22 this company has never contacted me once. I had to google his number and locate him so I called on him on 10/20/22 said I had a claim number needed repaired he said he order parts and get back to me. Than 6 days went by I called again, he said he forgot to order parts. I got a text from LG on 11/1/22 parts were ordered than on 11/8/22 LG texted me said parts were delivered to his garage. I waited for contact than on 11/14/22 tired of waiting I called him again and he said he didn't know when he could get my TV fixed but would call me in 3 days This company is a joke! I would not recommend them to fix anything. LG needs to find a different service tech.

Quicksilver accepted a warranty request from LG for my dishwasher. They accepted the service request on Sept 7th. Today is Oct 7th, and they’ve never even attempted to contact us. But since they ordered parts, LG won’t do anything until they make a service call…even though LG can’t get them on the phone, and we live 3 hours away in the middle of nowhere. This is nothing but a headache for us, and Quicksilver is just drawing it out.

When my tv quit working I contacted Directv as I have tv protection through them. They submitted a work request to them and I was told my appointment would be Monday by noon. Noon came and went with no sign of anyone so I text them and he said he is out of town until Wednesday and can come by 10AM Wednesday. So I said ok. When I hadn't heard from him or seen him I sent another text, this time he says he has the flu and he can try to come the next day. So Thursday morning I send a text to confirm he is coming, no excuse just "that he can't come today" . I tell him how ridiculous this whole thing has been and I recieve a text saying he can come today but it will put him in a bind, so I am going to give him another chance and we will see if he comes tomorrow or not. In other words, if you want to a wishy washy company this is a real "winner".
