You need to do something about Meagan. She's horrible to the customers. Never going back because of her attitude. This is not the first time I've had her be rude

TERRIBLE customer service. Often contradictory to what's offered on the app (i.e. they won't install certain appliances despite their app saying they do).I was criticized for wanting help in-store after waiting half an hour because "they were busy".

Was on hold for 10 minutes told the guy what we were looking for He said he didn't have time to look and see if they had one. WOW
