They have it all together here, someone always answers the phone, when they schedule you they get you in and out in decent timing, if you have any issues they always find out what's wrong and don't do a half a job they get it all done and done right. I wouldn't go anyplace else, trust me, I have and it was never good. I'm convinced this is a professional biasness here... Blessings

I went in just to price an upgrade for my system and the guys were very helpful. Showed me different set ups, and gave me detailed explanations of what would be best for my setup. He went out and inspected what I already have so he could give me the best advice. He even showed me his personal set up. I’m definitely going back to have them install my new set up. Look for upcoming updates when it’s done. Any bad reviews you see on this PROFESSIONAL shop should be ignored. THESE GUYS ARE TOP SHELF AWESOME!!!!!!February 13, 2023UPDATE TIME!!!Got my new set up installed today. Work was completed ahead of schedule, with an extremely professional job. The salesman even came out and made sure I was happy with everything, helped me make a few adjustments, and showed me a few things. I couldn’t be happier. Unless I talk myself out of it, I’ll be going back to add more.

Not qualified to install a remote start. They ruined my mom's Infinity, a battery, and a tow truck later, she is now stranded out of state. Unless you want. 1999 CD player installed in your car, steer clear of this "business."

We are a dealer service providing high end Security, GPS tracking systems and other products for over 2000 car dealerships nationwide. We had a dealers client in the Twin Falls area in need of a GPS Tracking System. Our unit was sent to and professionally installed by Power Plant. The whole process was smooth and done at a very reasonable price.Big shout out to Jason and the crew at Power Plant, our "go to guys" in Twin Falls.

Took them 3 weeks to get my stripe lights gave them money down for the light told them need this done by a certain date and they kept switch my appointment around. Then they never order one of my lights that I asked for, did underglow and grill they told me 4 hours of labor they took 7 to 8 hours to do it almost double ilof what I didn't want to pay in labor lights in grille are no that great and placement is bad ? if u want good customer service Power Plant isn't it wont be going back to them again. No discount nothing for the hassle and lies

Have taken our vehicles there for several years now and have had no complaints until now. We had a dvd player on hold and someone there sold it without telling the other salesman. We set an appointment 6 weeks ago because that's how long they were out, and when I called to let them know my husband dropped it off they couldn't find our appointment . We took a dvd player in that we had fixed and they called after it was in and told us there was an error. They said they might be able to find another one but didn't call us back to let us know they couldn't. So now putting the original stereo back in and still charging almost 600 bucks. Not happy at all!! Staff is different than a year ago and doesn't seem quite as good.
