Had my iPhone xr battery replaced here. I was having a hard time finding a place that had the correct type of battery for this older iPhone. They had it and in 20 minutes they were done and I was on my way! Great service and the staff was very professional and polite.

Always great customer service and parts are usually only a day or two out, if they don't have them in stock.
Usually they can get it done while you wait, you don't have to leave your phone like other places.

I give this business 3 stars due to the lack of communication as well as not putting in the screen all the way and a different screen in general. We brought in an iPhone 11 Pro Max at about 2ish and when we asked how long it’ll be, he said an hour- no problem. We did ask that they call us because we were going to wait. We ended up going home. Fast forward to about an hour before they close with no phone call from them, we called and asked if it was done yet and they said it was done awhile ago. A couple days after got the phone back, we noticed that the top left corner won’t stay on and the screen is saying that the screen used is not compatible with the phone. It’s 3 stars because they gave us a quote and stuck to it and it’s the most affordable in the city.
