Amanda was incredible to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time, providing me with enough options to make the right plan for me. She was even able to help me insure my teenage driver at an extremely reasonable rate. I was shopping around and preparing to leave State Farm, but she has made me a loyal customer.

Such an amazing experience with Buchanan State Farm so far. The staff here are quite friendly and insightful. Alexander K really took his time to answer and reassure me of all my questions and concerns while I was shopping for new auto & renters insurance. He was very friendly, patient and broke down all the information I could ever need. He also went out of his way to find what works best for my situation and what I need as a customer while remaining honest and open with me.
Overall the experience is excellent. If you’re shopping for new insurance I recommend asking for Alex K. He really does take the time to answer all your questions and save you a pretty penny while at it! 10/10 experience for me.

I have been dealing with Kim G. now on auto insurance and insurance for my farm.
She recently got the information I needed to make a great choice on my farms insurance needs that has saved me a ton of money, and more importantly, with no hassles or anything hidden.
I am very, very please to this point on the service I have received from Kim at Patrick Buchanan's State Farm Insurance, as well as quick answers and the ability to get in touch with the team when ever I have had a question.

The other day I had a rock chip my windshield, which quickly spread. I spoke with Amanda, and she quickly set me up with a great glass repair shop the very next day. Windshield replaced, zero deductible with my policy. Amanda was awesome. Very professional, and got a business close to my home. Thank you for the great service.

Rebecca Ford is amazing, I always thought State Farm was expensive so I was with a company for 10 years and she did my insurance and was considerably lower than what I was paying for other company.
