Absolutely the best customer service I’ve received!!! They quickly came to assist me with my flat on the side of the road. Quickly helped me find a new tire and were so kind and respectful. As a single woman traveling alone, moments like these are stresses. The most kind and respectful staff. Businesses could learn so much from them.

Wow! Are these guys fast!! Flat tire in Jackpot, NV..limped back to Twin Falls on low spare...took it right in...highly recommended!!!

We were on a trip seeing old memories in the valley and got a flat. After calling several of the other tire stores (they didn't answer, return a call, or don't accept payment unless you have a commercial account for after hours calls. Why even advertise it if you don't offer it!!) Kristian answered. He dispatched one of his team to meet us at their store. We met him at the store. Kristian shower up shortly after. We ended up having to replace the tire, and luck was on side they had one the right size in stock. They got us fixed up and on our why. If you in the magic Valley have tire problems after hours, these are the people to call. Don't waste your time with anyone else!!!!

We got a flat driving through and they got us back on the road in great time and for a more than fair price. On top of that, everyone was friendly and helpful. If more service industries operated like these folks do it'd make all of our lives so much better.

I unexpectedly ended up needing to get new tires and was recommended to check out this location. I called and spoke with Jake. He was very kind and helpful. He got tires ordered for me and had them the next morning. They even gave me a second opinion on the issue leading to me needing new tires before they replaced my tires. They were fast and efficient and gave me a great deal. Thank you so much!

I got a flat tire during any trip to twin falls.For changing the tire they took about 2 hours..!! Almost half a day lost in my day of the trip..!!
