“After 4 hours trying to get a phone activated with the online t mobile customer service people I finally went in to this location. I should have gone there first! From the moment I walked in the door Jace came right up and asked how he could help. He was able to do everything I needed done in about 10 minutes and was amazing to work with. He and Britton, who was also there helping, were very knowledgeable, helpful and quick! Definitely recommend!”
“Martin Moore here , On a solo trip to Utah I was struggling with Sim card and Data for my Canadian Samsung . Several phone stores and other stops proved dead ends . Aaliayah went over and above and saved my rough start to trip, with exceptional service and support . Jodi Jenson was mentioned as a Supervisor but I was unable to find a contact. This young women deserves to be recognized and is a huge asset to your store , So friendly and helpful . I will Highly recommend Cricket in Twin falls as a 5 star stop .”

“My husband and I went in to upgrade his phone and Jayden was fantastic in doing so. He looked at all promotions we could be offered and I myself even got a watch for a great price. But that’s not even the best part. we finished up there, and Jayden was finalizing everything he needed to on his end and noticed some things on my account (was with sprint and everything switched over) I didn’t even know cause my payments and such didn’t change. But he called me and informed me what he could do and save me UP TO 100$ depending on what all I chose to do. He upgraded my account and switched our mifi to the home internet. Ultimately saving me a decent amount. I would recommend anyone going to see Jayden for any of their needs.”

“I needed help with my phone. I went to the Cricket store on Blue Lakes Twin Falls, Idaho. The people there went out of their way to help. They spent extra time with me with me to get figured out out. App.”
“Minerva is who you need to seek out here! We had a huge issue with our phones that when calling Verizon toll free # or using their chat which we always got disconnected.
It took 2 hours for Minerva, but she was awesome and corrected our issue and got us back and running.
I would definitely ask for her although I'm sure everyone else is great as well.”

“Had my iPhone xr battery replaced here. I was having a hard time finding a place that had the correct type of battery for this older iPhone. They had it and in 20 minutes they were done and I was on my way! Great service and the staff was very professional and polite.”
