Had a roadside service with my AAA membership through this company at 6 am today. Immediately upon arrival the tow truck driver starts cussing and berating me because he had to wake up early and come give roadside service. I was immediately taken aback and didn't say much. He then proceeded to cuss me out more and get in his truck and drive away without giving me the service requested and paid for. The most outrageous instance of horrible customer service I ever experienced in my 35 years. Would never recommend this service to anyone,unless you want to be cussed at and yelled at by their workers.

Not recommended --- unscrupulous and unethical!! --- Marky's tow truck driver engages in driving around looking for cars that aren't parked correctly so they can tow them. Watch out for this company --- you will get screwed over. I left my vehicle temporarily parked while unloading something and within a few minutes, the driver hooked up my vehicle and began towing it away -- like they were watching me park. When confronting the driver, they pointed what I believe was pepper spray at me. They don't know how to engage in a calm conversation --- a bit unhinged if you ask me...

We ended up needing a tow just outside of Twin Falls earlier this week. Communication wasn’t the best, but our tow driver was super kind and friendly and did whatever he could to give us the best experience possible given the circumstances.

We were stranded 5 miles outside of Jackpot with a flat. We were rescued by Patrick. Very professional and nice. Got us quickly back to Twin Falls so we could get replacement tires.

So after a time , I decided to update this review. The body and paint are good, but what the Hell were you thinking. Gas tank was installed with broken and bent bolts. Wrong filler tube and torn gasket. No plastic disc under the antenna base, and cross threaded. Didn't install the headliner right and it's falling down. Tight stipend the flat black hood. New Crome bumper pealing.
